I have a customer with three PC0672TH PCs requiring a memory upgrade. Under "laptops" all the information can be found. Is there a similar facility for pre-bulit PCs. If it can it will save me a journey of over 100 miles.

Thanks

there is nothing online that customers can use to check PC build lists.

the easiest way i have found to check what ram you need when upgrading is just to take the side of the system off and have a look whats printed on the memory. in cases like this when customers don't have easy access to the system if they can supply the PC- stock code or serial number from the back of the system someone here can check.

the PC-0672TH systems you have take 400mhz PC3200 DDR, currently they have 1 x 512mb stick installed. the motherboard has two memory slots and can take up to 1gb per slot.
