Am currently using an Evesham pc which has served me well for several years but is now getting a bit long in the tooth and slow ! Have been very impressed with their excellent warranty (3 years) including parts and labour - and on site not back to base. Was considering ordering a new Evesham but am put off by their current financial problems and risk of them not being about in the future.

Have had a look at Novatech pc systems which seem quite good but cannot find mention of any guarantee anywhere. Is there one and if so for what period and what does it cover. If there is no guarantee then what happens if machine goes wrong ?

The excellent service provided by Evesham was a great comfort and I would like to find another supplier with similar standards of service.

i just bought a laptop from Novatech - they did a 2 year extended warranty for £40 - thought that was quite good.
