USB TV Adaptor

The USB TV adaptor that's bundled with the Fenestra all-in-one PC doesn't work. I tried it numerous times and even got someone else to try it, no luck. The installtion goes fine but, it doesn't scan any channels.

Any ideas what else I can try?

Which OS are you using.

What Driver version do you have??
