I can't seem to get onto the Novatech website, I have tried with both Firefox and IE...still to no avail.
The reason I was trying to get on to it was to check if there was any update on my faulty laptop return.
The return number was created on the 13th August (NNB-425H - R2147370) and was called a week or so after to say that the laptop had been sent to the manufacturer.
So was wondering if one of the admins could check what is happening.
