in this years CPC dream pc issue (which i am in) they have a quad core sli 8800gtx system water cooled.
As some of you say, dual is enough for most water cooling, well this system overheated in 10 mins :S.
The vadim kept cool, with 11x120mm of radding.
So, im probs going for 3 triple rads, which i know i can fit.
Im spending so much, i want a killer overclock and an amazing looking system that wont need upgrading for years to come.
cheers

more rads mean more resistance, you would need 2 or maybe 3 different loops

lol, you need to look up moores law :) though, it only has (theoretically) 10-15 more years to run, but by then they will of got the hang of multi processor programming...

You may want to look up the aquacomputer airplex evo 1800 but also consider the temp of the air cooling the rads...

I could build a brand new pc every year for half the money you spend and it would knock yours for 6.

Nehalem is a year away and an entry level nehalem will smoke a core2.

yes, but you can spend ure whole life waiting. also, games arent cpu limted atm.
on the line of rads, the pump is a laing D5, which is 1500lpp/h, which i think should be powerful enough, vadim managed with 1 pump!they had 11 rads
