Just bought a new ISYS Ex Pro PC-2001, 2654670) and have the following problems:-

- the existing Dell flat screen monitor stays in standby mode when you turn it and the PC on (turning the PC off and on again then starts the screen up as well)

- the USB's do not appear to be working.

- I am trying to load up an existing talktalk internet connection (Broadband) and the talktalk disk can not recognise the network adapter (I have checked the PC and it says this is working fine) and as a result I can not get the internet or email running.

Very frustrating with a new PC - any ideas???

After you installed your OS did you install the hardware Drivers.

What is the setup of your monitor. I am little confused. You have one Dell Monitor or do you have another monitor as well. Describe your connection(s) of monitor(s) to system

I think so (relative novice to the inner workings of PC's), I had 3 disks come with the PC and loaded the drivers from these.
There is only 1 monitor, a Dell flatscreen which I had before (I only bought the PC unit this time). This is connected with the blue connector to the lower of the two possible points on the back of the PC (the top one did not work at all) as per the instructions. There is also a USB lead from the Dell monitor (which I presume powers the USB ports on the monitor unit itself). The test function on the monitor suggests it is working fine.
