I have now been waiting over one month for my order. This is because one of the items I ordered is seemingly STILL out of stock. The item in question is CAB-A133RK. My order number is 4048371.
I placed the order on August 28th, it's now October 3rd. Fair enough, some of the items in my order were out of stock to start with, but after a week or so, they came back into stock, except the aforementioned item. Then the order status for [CAB-A133RK] read: '3 due September 29th'
So, along comes September 29th. No sign of it's order status being updated all day. The next day, still: '3 due September 29th'. Ironically, the 29th was a Saturday. Does Novatech get deliveries on a Saturday, or was that a typo? On October 1st I got on the phone to customer services. I was told that five of [CAB-A133RK] were due in later that day. Later when I checked my order status it then read: '3 due Today'. Notice it say 3 but the customer services person said 5.
By the end of the day, it still read: '3 due Today'. So the following day, I got on the phone to customer services again. This time I was told [CAB-A133RK] was probably due in the following day, and the customer services person, having not beeen able to get hold of whatever depart it was to find out an exact date the item would be due back in, would call me the following day to let me know an exact date it was due back in. I'm still waiting for that phone call. Later, the order status of the item was changed to blank. That's right, nothing was written in the order status for this item.
Just before midday the next day, which incidently is today, the item status read: '3 due in 1-2 days'. Guess what? It was time to get back on the phone to customer services yet again. Then I was told that [CAB-A133RK] was definitely due in later today; the word in italics of course being the key word in the sentence. At the time of writing this message, the order status of the item still reads: '3 due in 1-2 days'
I also sent an email about this a few days ago and I still haven't recieved a reply.
[CAB-A133RK] seeming not being in stock is holding back the delivery of the rest of my order, and I've already waited over a month. So understandably, I'm a little bit annoyed, having been told every day this week that the item will either be in stock on that day or the next day, bearing in mind how long I've waited already.
So Novatech, what's going on? When will the item be back in stock? How much longer will I have to wait for my order?
