Which of these would be the best and most quiet cooler for my cpu
Keeping in mind that it is a 939 skt.
And other suggestions would be nice aswell.
Im tired of high idle temps!!Cant game for long without worrying if my comp is gonna melt.
No more watercooling, unless push comes to shove then i will stick my old kit back in and do some major mods to get everything else to fit in

Since I got my new Jeantech Micro Titan case, I've been indulging my inner geek with some PC Wizard (http://www.cpuid.com/) testing:

Here's some of the results I got:

The Nexus cooler is pretty good as whiny 70mm fan types go, but I fancy playing with the socket 478 version of this K8 Thermaltake cheapie:
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?TT-K8
Reason being it has a copper insert and scope to try different and quieter 80mm fans, which seem to hit a sort of sweet spot for performance. Most folks using Athlon 3400+ processors are getting about 37C at idle on stock coolers, rising about 10C gaming.
Casefans seem to help the CPU and motherboard temperatures rather more than GPU temperatures. GPU temperatures seem to be down to the quality of its cooler, and my Novatech Xpertvision is outstanding in that respect, as well as in taking a 20% overclock. CPU tunnels don't seem to make a lot of difference if everything else is right. Just my tuppence worth. :D
