Error? Or mis-read?

I have a new contract phone with Virgin and my contract gives me:

Unlimited minutes to other virgin mobiles
100 minutes
500 texts

Now the only mobiles i have rang since this contract began about a week ago are virgin mobiles and this is what i have:

If i ring a virgin mobile it is supposed to come out of the 3000/3000 not the 100 free normal minutes.. Is this a bug/error with virgin? or have i misread something?

As far as this makes sense.. Virgin to Virgin minutes means if i ring a virgin mobile on my virgin mobile it comes off the 3000 not the any network or home phone 100 minutes..

Would seem to be an error to me. There's not much to mis-read about virgin - virgin calls being inclusive... I'd give em a ring mate

i have unlimited texts...but whenever i ring up 789, it just says i have over 1000 textss...it might be worth ringing them
