Hi - first post, please be gentle, very non tech
Purchased PC delivered Sat; set up, failed to work; messgae: insert Boot media; checked invoice no mention of Windows; called Novatech before 2 pm sat but not there; convincved self that all i needed was Windows 7 Home as i forgotten to buy it; went to pc world; tried to install; it asked me to identify drivers; thought im out of my depth, ill call Novatech (they of Which magazine fame) monday; advisor said something about removing left panel reattaching loose wires to hard drive; easy; doesnt sound easy to me; is any one esle able to agree the diagnosis and explain the solution a bit better?
