If you are trying to use the '@' key on your keyboard and it keeps coming up with " Then follow the instructions below:
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Double Click Regional and Laguage Options
4. Click the Languages Tab
5. Click Details
6. Change the drop down menu to show 'English (United Kingdom) - United Kingdom'
7. Apply the settings and then ok out of the screens.
