ParcelForce screws up again

Can you offer an alternative delivery service to ParcelFarce? I purchased an item on Friday and paid for next working day delivery, it was in their national hub that night and reached the local sorting office by 4am on Saturday. It's now 8pm Monday and it's obviously not going to turn up today. Not your fault, I know, but the extra postage fee was completely wasted and I still don't have my item. Perhaps you could give the option of using Royal Mail, at least for smaller parcels?

Couriers and such are not really my specialty but I will mention this as something that we might want to look into in the future i.e. multiple couriers offered etc.
