Extended warranties

When I buy a new PC from here, how can I get the extended warranty? I don't see any options for it. Do I have to call to order it and get the extended warranty? I'd like an additional 3 years.

Also, say I want to have an extra graphics card put in, in the future, will Novatech do it for me if I pay them a fee?

As far as i am aware we do not offer extended warranty on PC's.

Thanks a lot, Amy, that's a big help. I bought this PC from Novatech in Sept 2002, but eventually had to get it insured else where, but they won't insure another Novatech PC like they have with this one. This is why an extended warranty is important to me.

I had a lot of problems with this PC around 2004. The PSU went, then I had to get a new mother board put in, new cd, and dvd drives put in, it was a nightmare.

They will insure brand name PCs, but not ones from here. I loved the service I got from Novatech last time, so I really want one from here.

Is Amy an employee of Novatech by the way?
