Hello folks,

I wonder if anyone else is having the same trouble at the moment? On Friday I tried to order an x80r laptop from the web site but, after adding it to the basket, when I clicked on the checkout button, a dialog box popped up saying "One of the items in your basket is no longer available and has been removed". And off it went.

Thinking it might be my computer, I thought I'd try a few other random products, but it did the same with all of them. I even tried all three browsers: IE7, Firefox and Safari, but no joy : ( Is it just me or is there a problem with ordering on the site at the moment?

Any help would be appreciated! I would prefer to order online because I'm trying to sneak it in at work : )

I have once in the past but just assumed it was some sort of time out thing - second time it went through fine. Come to think about it, it was probably my x80r too and when i went backwards looking for that extended warranty.

Hurrah! Success : )

I adjusted the security settings on IE (from Medium-High to Medium), and the shopping basket works. If anyone else ever has the same problem with items leaping out of their baskets at the checkout, try lowering your security level, even if you only do it temporarily...
