new i7 2600 processor spec. wrong

Hello,

i looked at Novatech site for this and states 4 cores and 4 threads http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/prods/components/processors/intelcorei71155socket/Intel/BX80623I72600.html

now i do a search on Intel website and find that it has hyper-threading make it 4 cores and 8 threads,

please confirm which is right
