I recently purchased an irule system from novatech. I didnt go for the extended warranty at the time as I was unsure if it was needed.

I would very much like to know what everyone else has done under similar circumstances and just what the additional benefits are for the price?

You should receive an invoice in the post. If you haven't received one you can contact our Customer Services department and then can send a duplicate out.
