All looks OK there, my friend. I think I'd spend a few quid more on slightly faster 1.5V G.Skill DDR3-1600 memory, since your board supports it.

Be aware that OEM CPUs need a separate heatsink.

It does look a bit lightweight on graphics TBH, but with an SLI/Crossfire board like that, I expect you plan to double it at some time. Otherwise it makes no sense to spend so much on the motherboard...:D

seems pretty good value for money, considering sandy bridge run pretty cool anyway, so don't really need to spend over the top for CPU cooling.
