Well, my current dvd burner is causing me lots of problems. Sometimes it wont even come out when i press the case button. Sometimes it wont read CDs and its even partially melted a DVD i was burning. So im after a new one.
Can anyone suggest a good drive that can read/write both CD and DVD please?
Thanks.

Hmm OK thanks..
Can all DVD burners do CDs too?
Is the difference between IDE and SATA drives just the connection type? My current PC is fairly old so it just as IDE but ill be getting a new one soon which will have SATA.
Thanks.
