I've previously had no issues with P&P devices but have recently encountered new problem whereby devices plugged into USB ports are causing system to prompt me to install a device driver (which I don't have). Devices are a Western Digital external HDD (used on another system successfully (with same OS - XP SP2)) and a couple of IPOD Nanos (brand new). Other P&P devices previously installed continue to work correctly. BT home hub was last P&P peripheral to be installed. Can you advise?
