Used it yesterday very good and very helpfull beats sitting on the end of the phone having to put up with the music they play :lol:

Very easy to use, except it took a while (15 minutes) for someone to actually answer after asking my question :(
At least it saves listening to horrible music.

Sorry about the delay on that Sir, its really taken off and is a lot more popular then we could have foreseen.
More staff have been allocated to work on it so responce times should shorten from now on :D

Works excellently - used it three times and had an immediate response every time. Saves phoning an 0870 number!

Used it once a couple of weeks ago, waited about erm, not sure, 10-15 mins I guess. Was to report a post on this forum that needed some... "attention" shall we say.

I have used the Live Chat and found it to be most useful and recieved an answer very quickly indeed

I was connected inside a couple of minutes and Stacey handled my query superbly, with a pre 10am delivery the next day.
I was more than impressed, as at the end of the day, my particular problem wasn't any fault of Novatech's in the first place.
The engineers and other staff also did an excellent job. Just need to get this wedding out the way, so I can spend some more money with you!!!

I found it to be a very good service and much better than a lengthy and expensive telephone call.
My only criticism stems from the fact that I am a grammar **** and feel that good grammar and spelling is an important part of presentation in written formats. I should think that most people are not as anal as me though and your staff on there were very helpful.
**** should be with a capital N. ;)
I've used it once and thought it was great.

Used it twice so far, been told someone would phone me, twice nothing has happened.......looks like I will have to use the telephone instead...... :evil:

tried using the live chat and gave up at 15:13, it said i was connected to john but i had no response for ages did not record the time exactly and never had a response.

Tried several times to use Live Chat; the Live Chat pop-up appears, tells me I'm connected and to type my message but nothing appears on screen when I type and the "Send" button appears not to work.
Complete waste of time.

I really liked it, but didn't like the way the tech agent gave me a link to a PC forum, a website with questionable status i.e spyware, but overall it is really good.

I've used it a couple of times for Sales (slow to respond) and customer services (quick) - guess sales must have been busy.

Used it once and got excellent help quickly....... Maybe I was lucky or enough staff manning the machines - either way problem got sorted as fast as you like......

From being queued 23, it took roughly 25-30mins to get connected to someone, then I had to wait another 10mins on Stuart to answer my first question! :p
I'm sure you guys were really busy, but I was happy to see that he could provide quick and informative replies after, just needs to be a bit quicker but keep it up! :)

Its great - unless you are number 23 in the queue, go and do something, then come back just as you've missed your turn and get rotated to the back of the queue again.
