I recently broke a friends music CD when getting out of her car, so i said i'd burn her another one to replace it. However i decided to burn her a few other albums from the same artist onto 1 CD, i was alittle unsure at first because i wasnt certain the Tracks would all fit, however I used Nero 10 Burning Rom.

Selected the following;

> Audio
> Jukebox Audio CD.

The description given lead me to believe it would play perfectly because the file formats i was using were all in the list of playable audio for this type of Jukebox. MP3, WMA, AAC Audio.

-------

However when she's tried it the CD just displays 1 track over an hour long and no sound is playing. Anyone got any idea's on how to fix this?

You've mp3 burned, unless the car radio is MP3 compatable it won't play, you need to burn as music cd not data cd.

Remember too that the MP3 files will be converted to WAV files by the disc writing software for a music CD, so depending on the MP3 bit rates, you will only get a fraction of the number of tracks per disc compares with an MP3 player disc.

I havent burnt it as a Data CD, i've burnt it as a Music > Jukebox Audio CD.

So what your saying is that if the CD Player in the Car doesnt support MP3 playback this option wont work and i'll have to burn then CD's as actual audio CD's and reduce the number of songs on the CD?

Yup, burn a normal audio CD, you'll probably find that you can only get 1 cd onto 1 cd.

I've figured out the problem, her CD Player wouldnt play MP3's, she got a new one recently and that one plays them, she's tested the CD and its working perfectly.. just a shame its a Westlife CD.

Thanks for the help.
