Hi,
as you know I was after an Executor Pro, but since seeing the new catalogue, and still being an 8800GTS card instead of an 8800GT card I am now thinking of creating my own.
Can you advise if these components will work well together please?

i would suggest getting the raptor as that will improve the performance of your system far more than SLI graphic cards.
how would the americans say.. more bang for your buck.

Does the rest of the system sound ok? Will all the components work together?

In fairness that is a good mobo but an old 1 i personally wouldnt buy a 680i mobo now unless i had to go sli, the p35 and x38 are far more advanced!! And in the p35 case less money

Pardon me old boy, when I was canvassing for suggestions you said this is a good mobo. Or has old age started to affect your memory :P

So all in - a good combination, although a slightly old/but good mobo with the potential to SLi in future?
Is the PSU in the barebones a ThermalTake?
Does it have the required amount of connectors for 2 x Raptors, DVDROM, DVDRW and the 8800GT card?
thanks for the replies guys
