I hate the way PCWorld tries to sell you something completely underpowered so that in a year you go and buy another one!

I went and looked at their prices and they were a complete rip-off. Plus in 2000 installing Linux would void the warranty!!!

Went to PCWorld in Nottingham to buy my current system. Salesman didn't have a clue about the system, had to go on the web to find out. I left without buying it and went to PCWorld in Derby. Saw the exact system, but twice the price. When I told the salesman, he said I should have bought the one in Nottingham! After I muttered something about Trading Standards, he went away and came back a few mins later ... oops, the Derby price was wrong, should be the same as the one in Nottingham. Last time I bought from them.

One thing that Novatech should try and do is, get themselves in the mags.

Computer Shopper reviews all these inferiror brands. They said a Dell Inspiron 1520 was the best notebook for £500!!!

I have a huge story with Dell, pathetic products, somewhat of a circus as support, repair centres in China, second hand parts ,god only knows what else.

It's no surprise their name rhymhes with ****.

It would be nice to see Novatech products reviewed in the compueter magazines.

I agree with that. The mags often quote Dabs, Aria ... has anyone seen their prices???

I don't like Ebuyer as they are very cost cutting, always had a thought about where my product did come from? Faulty?

Dabs is okay, but they are very expensive.

I like Novatech for the prices and quality!

dabs is ok i find it has the best navigation with searches etc with ebuyer and overclockers uk coming in 2nd thats one thing i hoped the site re design would sort out was searches and while it did improve them more would help oh and dabs ebuyer and novatech r all quite bad for memory novatechs ram prices r a bit mehh and ebuyer and daps have mayb corsair and ocz and thats about it overclockers is better for ram :P and exotic graphics card coolers :P

i have 2 agree there! NOVA GET MORE RAM! but they do have sum geil black dragon in which is better than say dabs and ebuyer

Here in Guernsey, we arent blessed with a PC world so we have local run shops that are pretty competitive, so prices are good!

in my formgroup i was the only one not to puke :) god bless the scots for that. whats the main city thing where a german bunker castle thing is held and also theres a pound world store? near an HSBC bank? ive been there lol ;) that was like year7 and im now in yr11.
