M5x0N KEEPS LOSING TIME

I have a problem with my M5x0N Model M54N Notebook Computer not being able to maintain correct time since I replaced the battery with a new one from Novatech.I took it into Novatech for some over the counter advice but the problem still persists despite me trying out the 'Run' and 'Cmd' options I was given to try.Does anyone know if there is an internal CMOS battery or a possible solution to this problem?

Yes I can advise this model features a CMOS battery. I would advise speaking to our sales team who can book this one in to get this battery replaced.
