Isys Max Pro vs Executer?

I was looking at these two systems and was wondering which elements in the Executer make it worth £250+ more then the Isys Max Pro. I looked at the specs but the difference didn't seem that large to me, then again I am by no means a PC expert.

It's not really unless you want to play games like crysis, gears of war, cod4 on full graphics.
