I,ve got a western digital 250gb 7200rpm sata 300 3.5th hdd could i replace it with this Western Digital Caviar SE16 750Gb 16Mb Cache Hard Disk Drive SATAII 300MB/s <8.9ms 7200rpm - OEM, i dont know anything about computers
