I have a Novatech Server based on the Intel 945 Mainboard and cannot get the audio to install in Windows Server 2003.
In order to install the Audio you need to apply a patch to your OS in order for it to support High Defination Audio as featured on the Intel 945 Series board.
Download Patch for your version of your OS from here.

Once this has been installed you should now be able to install your audio drivers and software as normal.
