When scrolling in Internet Explorer if it seems to scroll slower than other PC's try disabling smooth scrolling (yes, disable it).
Turn On or Turn Off Smooth Scrolling.
On the Start menu:
• Select Control Panel

• Be sure you are in Classic View (all Control Panel icons are showing).
• If not, under Control Panel in the left pane, select Switch to Classic View.
• Select Internet Options.
[/*:m:5o8nrjl8] In the Internet Properties dialog box:
• Select the Advanced tab.
[/*:m:5o8nrjl8] On the Advanced tab, under Settings: Browsing:
• Turn the Use smooth scrolling setting on or off by selecting or clearing its check box.

• Select OK.
