Question about guarantee - if repair required is it RTB?

Hi,

Trying to find the information on the website without success. If a laptop (or anything else) required a repair under warranty - does it have to go back to Novatech? There's no option for onsite repair?

I don't have a problem with mine... just weighing up the option before I buy another.

any pc's or laptops that need a repair will have to be returned to novatech.

monitors can normally be returned directly to the manufacturer or manufacturers uk warranty company.

faulty components can be returned to us or a lot of the time can be returned directly to the manufacturer.
