Sister's dam BEEPING computer

My sis has an (ALDI) Medion computer which is currently having sporadic issues which started as on off on off beeping of the same length. So after takin the case off re seating the ram and makin sure the cables are tight I put it back together and now its sort of starting up but not displaying any signal and beeping (different beep) HELP! i've got a rough idea that its either the psu (which was a standard one 2 run the integrated graphics can i installed a x1650 pro agp or its the motherboard HELP!

ah yh good plan shud'v thort of that (the cpu z thing) i'll get it runnin l8r nd sort it out
