epson r320

Hi all, ive bought the epson r320 today, ive got it set up and running with out a problem, but when it prints the pictures are very red.

ive tried,

differant pictures

another new ink cartridge

checking that all settings on the printer are set to off

checking all automatic settings applied with bundled software are off

going in to the advanced print settings and reducing the red amount, -25 with no differance to the amount of red printed

using photoshop cs to print

even if i print a document from office, any blue text comes out purple.

any ideas, or is it a faulty printer?

sounds to me like a bad jet head. I would say faulty printer there.
