Have a look at what you already have in the SPD tab of CPU-Z:

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

You should have 2 slots for SODIMM notebook memory, one of which is usually easier to get at than the other. Probably a module up to 1GB of PC333 will work, being backward compatible with PC266, but more of the same is the most reliable guide.

Thats exactly the info i needed.

Your Unit has 2 slots.

Total Memory support is 2048MB (2GB (2 x 1GB Modules))

Your Unit Supports Notebook SO-DIMM DDR PC2700 DDR333

(DDR400 Will probably also work fine but will clock down to DDR333 speed)

http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/spec ... BM-33%2F1G (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?NBM-33%2F1G)

or:

the second one is the best to get as its cheapest although its a higher frequency than the first one it will run at the same speed as the other modules in your notebook
