1gb Npod blue screen-nothing else!

Had my npod about a week, today all I have is a blue screen and I cannot get it to work. Battery is fully charged. No change even if I plug in the USB cable.

Is there any reset function?

Unfortunately these players do not have a reset button.

(I have spoken to this customer via Live Chat and arranged a return)

Thanks, have a returns number, probably best to wait until you get the next batch in, then I'll pop down and exchange it as I am local.
