Panacea case PSU fan direction

Hi guys, I recently picked up a Novatech Panacea case which comes with a PSU, and it seems to me that the fan for the psu is blowing air into rather than out of the case, is this normal, either for the Panacea or cases in general? I've done a bit of googling and it seems commonly recommended that PSUs should blow air out of the case.

Case fans do usually blow air out of a case. Can you turn it round?

I'm talking about the fan that's built into the PSU.

The PSU should be blowing air out of the case, if its not, I would think its been put together wrongly and take it up with Novatech Tech support for them to get confirmation. You should not go poking around inside a PSU.
