Hi i asked a few mates what they thought and they said that it wasnt a very overclockable mobo due to some connectors on the mobo. Also i go into bios and i cant find the control to activate the tweakidge of the FSB atm i can only change the multiplier. i would rather change the FSB slowly rather than the multiplier.

Thanks

Btw CPU is intel core 2 duo 2.33

Well my boy has the same mobo and his e6600 runs at 3ghz no probs so your mates are wrong.

eh? For duals it's great. Quads a bit more involved but do-able with a bit of reading.

I got E2180 >3ghz with no real problem on stock air.

Theres an entire thread devoted to this board on overclockers.net.

Why do I always see "p5n-e sli" as a rude word ?

Nah its a good mobo, my son as 1 and i also put 1 in a build for my m8 with a q6600 that clocked straight to 1333fsb 3ghz without any other tweaks on the the stock cooler, so I would say that is a good mobo couldnt do that with my striker out of the box :x
