Memory stick not working (Just Recieved)

Hi

I have just recieved a 2GB Memory USB2 stick , but i have a problem when i plug the stick into the USB2 port windows xp pro doesnt detect it i have tired different ports aswell. Disk Management doesnt show the drive aswell.

hello, unfortunately it looks like you could have received a faulty meomry stock.

do you have another system you could try it on to confirm if its faulty?
