Erratic Keyboard

I have an Alpha R Pro, bought on 20/12/2007.

The only problem I have had so far is that the keyboard suddenly gets very erratic with the cursor skipping back several lines or even off the working area altogether. Any suggestions other than contacting support?

I dont no if we are having hte same problem but mine stopped doing that thing after i turned off the touch pad and started using a USB mouse.

It could be that when your typing your accidentally touching the mouse pad. It used to happen with my sony vaio (awful laptop btw). Try turning it off when your typing and see if that makes a difference.
