Very, very disappointed. Paid £16.99 for saturday delivery only for it to not turn up. After using the tracking system I found it had been sitting in DHLs depot all day, and since their customer services are shut on the weekend there was little I could do. This is very poor service. I know it's not Novatechs fault, but I thought I'd make my voice heard anyway as there seem to be quite a few of these occurences. Unfortunately neither me nor my family will be in till thursday next week so i'll just have to wait and see if they try to deliver monday and then give them a call. As I said before - very, very dissapointed.
