I purchased my Nero X2 4400+ back last October.

At the time they came with a BFG Geforce 7800.

If at any stage in the future I wish to take advantage of the SLi capabilities of the motherboard how easy will it be to get a matching card ?

this confuses everyone, but if you read the forceware updates, then you can put any 7800gt with another 7800gt from any vender
but only gt can go with gt
and only gtx can go with gtx

they can be different frequencies but as long as they have the same core, it will be fine

We still currently stock the BFG range but can't gurantee that we will continue to do so after they all been sold as if we can get the same product from another supplier for less it would be replaced with those.
All I can really recommend if you absolutely must match supplier for the card is getting hold of one while stocks last :)

Although if you wait a while the price will drop now the 7900 are out and you can (as Tax has mentioned) get one from another manufacturer to go with it.

na they dont, now they just have to be the same core
