Hi.
I have been trying to find a good TV tuner card, that I can use both with my PC and my Laptop, I just want to be able to get the basic channels, and I don't want to pay anything (apart from TV license which has already been paid).
Which is the best USB one that Novatech sell? I don't mind size, I will probably be using it with Windows Media Center under Vista. And of course, it must work with both Vista Home Premium and XP Pro.

There is two that I quickly found, and the price is good. I would like it for under £30.
Is there anything better? Or are they both equal?
