0x0000007E PCI.SYS address error when installing XP

When installing Windows XP onto a new laptop or desktop PC if you get a STOP error like the one below referencing PCI.SYS the error that you are getting is caused when you use an old Windows XP CD without service pack 2 integrated. If you want to install XP on to the new system you must use an XP CD that has service pack 2 integrated.
