Is it possible to get a replacement cd-rom for the one that came with my novatech, please?

Yes, this is usually not a problem. Please call the Technical Support team on 0870 112 0812 or use the Live Chat service to provide details of the notebook and we'll get another sent out of provide a link for you to download.
