I ordered some items from novatech a couple of days back and they were scheduled to arrived this morning before 12 am, I've been sitting here waiting to receive them so I can go out, but they still haven't arrived, it's now 2 o clock,

apparently it's left the depo, but I can't understand why it takes nearly 7 hours to get from Bristol to Swindon, normally should be around an hour...
Anyone else had this problem? Not sure weather to wait in or go out and have them redeliver, I really want the items today!
