hi guys
i was cleaning inside my computer today ( dust due too the 2 big 120mm fans on the front) and too of ny HSF abd got rid of the dust on that and then decide to to re apply some fresh cooling paste. when try to put the HSF back on i kinda broke it lol. now, i know what ur thinkin, im a dumb ****, yes i agree lol. thing is the only the little clip thing broke on the left hand side broke so there not enuff pressure on the cpu on that side. i even trid switchin my pc on and i think the cpu just got to hot and over heated and shut its self down, after i layed the pc on its side and put a little pressure in the broken side and it booted up fine, so im guessin that the cpu didnt over heat. but if the oc is the rite way up they the HSF just falls off lol. sooo... any way the point if the topic, what new HSF would u suggest?
