Npod Faulty

I have converted video some video files but whenever i put them on to my Npod it shows about 8 different windows with the video playing everything else works the menus music and recording etc.

Any ideas on how to fix it i do not want to send it back as it is out of stock.

:? all u have to do is click the cog on the video converter and change the vid size to the max and it works
