20" wide resolution

Just wondering if any one out there with a 20" Wide screen monitor would know of a good resolution to run at. Currently at 1024 x 768.60Hz. with this images seem to be odd (the wrong shape). My Screen is OC N20W - 20'' Widescreen TFT Monitor with max Res 1680x1050. any help would be nice, Thank you in advance.

Most lcd panels have to be run at their max or they just dont look right, so run it at its maximum for the best picture.
