Hey i have just been looking for a 939 Athlon CPU and whilst looking at novatechs stock i found this...

http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?AMD-64940B

Now at a price of £480.57 inc vat, im simply stunned. I simply cant comprehend HOW this processor can be priced like this. I know stocks are low, but how can they price this old processor twice the amount of the Intel q9450. I have been looking at this sort of processor at around £30 price mark, if not lower.

Sorry to make a fuss, but thought it should be pointed out

it's probably the best processor for 939 socket..... you know how things go, the rare the thing is, the more value it has

It is amazing what people will pay for what you and I would call old tat.

Maybe Coops and Danno take the afternoon off and retire to the White Hart if they flog it. :P
