I'm interested in buying the Nero X2 4400 (another Oblivion fan) but I'm a little confused by the motherboard description in the advert. The blurb says that the motherboard is an nVidia nForce4 Ultra SLI but checking the comparison features of the nForce4 motherboards on the nVidia web page it says that the Ultra does not support SLI.
I may well add a second graphic card at a later date but I don't want to buy this rig unless it has SLI capability.
Can anyone advise please?

The motherboard we are currently putting into the X2's is the MSI-K8N SLI-FI, which is SLI ready, as confirmed by the MSI website :D

Thank you for this info. Does that mean if I decide to buy (my fourth computer from Novatech - the first was a 386 when you were at Dundas Spur) I need to check the spec to ensure what's inside.

I would recommend you check again just before buying to make sure its still the same MB, as sometimes we do change parts if we can't get the right stock.
ATM the only other MB I think we would put in there is the ASUS A8N-SLI.

The AMD X2 Range currently use one of two Mainboards
The First two models in the range the lower models use the
Foxconn NForce4 SLI Board
http://www.foxconnchannel.com/products_ ... K8AA-8EKRS (http://www.foxconnchannel.com/products_motherboard_2.cfm?pName=NF4SK8AA-8EKRS)
The last model in the range the top end one was using an
MSI K8N SLI FI however this will be switching to the Foxconn board above pending its completion of internal testing as a complete build.
