I deal with many of the aftersales emails and in the last week i have had about 50 - 60 emails come back as undeliverable, all but about 2 of the emails have been from AOL email addresses. I have been sending the emails back out but because it takes 48 hours for the emails to come back as undeliverable i am not sure if they are getting through at the second atempt.
Are there any AOL users on here? If you are an AOL user can you let me know if you have been having any problem sending or receiving emails in the last week.
I am sure the problem is not our server as one of my colleagues has been having problems emailing an AOL addresses from his home computer.
