What is the internal usb bay your tring to fit? Can you be a bit more specific on this please.

You should have a 5x2 connector, which should connect to a set of header pins on your motherboard.

If it does have as i've described, please check along the bottom edge of your motherboard, for a set of contacts labeled as JUSB. This is where any extra USB ports are connected to.

If it is the Belkin 4 port 3.5" drive bay hub (as seen at PCWorld) then you will also need a Belkin PCI 3 or 5 port card to connect it to.

The 3 or 5 port card has an internal USB connector. This is why they are advertised as 3 or 5 port cards when only 2 or 4 are external and therefore visible from the outside. You then need a normal USB A > B cable the connect them up internally.

The snag here is that the ports are usually only about 6" apart but the shortest leads I have found is 1 Metre.
